Most of the agents don't respond to my queries. I asked through email and whatapp too. Not heard back anything yet. can I get any other way to contact them?

It's unusual for any professional agents not to respond or reply to your enquiries unless it is not related to their real estate business. Nevertheless, it's best practice to reply. Email & WhatsApp are common modes of communications that are prompted on their smartphones easily.
