My daughter is a Malaysian, works in an airline company & her husband is a Singaporean who now works in Dubai. Can they join names to purchase a condominium? What are the procedures? can they get Malaysia bank loan?

Yes both of them can purchase the condominium under join names and apply for a loan in Malaysia. However, the purchase will be categorized as a purchase by a foreigner therefore they have to follow the threshold; for example above RM1 million value in Kuala Lumpur and generally above RM2 million in value in Selangor. Other statees will have their own threshold and conditions for foreigners property purchase.
