My father in law want to transfer his property (service apartment) to his daughter. Her daughter is currently a Singaporean. What is the procedure to perform this transfer?

It's best your father in law engage the services of a lawyer. There are different regulations pertaining to ownership of properties by foreigners in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and other states.
