My girlfriend and I are looking for a house in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor and we come across a service apartment unit with quite a good price. But actually what is a service apartment? If we are buying for own-stay, is a serviced apartment a better buy compared with a normal condominium or apartment? And people say staying in a serviced apartment would entail higher TNB and water bill, is that true?
