My Husband is a Singapore Citizen and would like to convert to Singapore Citizen and plan to buy a Resale HDB Flat if his citizen is approved, he owns a house in Johor Bahru.
So the question is:
Because we understand that he needs to give up his property in johor Bahru in order to buy a HDB Resale flat, does he need to give up his property first? Or he can apply for Citizen first? and give up his property after his citizenship approved before buying HDB resale?
