My landed property, Glitz@Caranday in Setia Tropika will be ready in Jun 14. I intent to rent it out. How much rental can I fetch in that area? If I want to sell it, what will be the estimate price as I find out that new project like Glamour is priced at 1.1mil RMB after discount. Also, what are the tax involved if i sell it?
