My property entitle for LAD since last month and not yet complete.
The Property i purchased was RM400,000 in S&P.
The "Rebate" given by developer was RM70,000 and that goes to the first 20% of the schedule payment so that i no need to pat deposit and etc.
Does the LAD calculation based on RM400,000(S&P Price) or RM330,000(Rebated)?
