Depending on your age and the loan tenure your monthly repayment is from RM2,300 to RM3,000 per month (35 years or 20 years). Affordability will also depends whether you have enough savings to pay for the differential some which is not financed by the bank, stamp duty and lawyers fees.. Banks usually give out 80% to 85% of the Sale & Purchase price as the loan margin.
