Hi Mr/Miss, how r U? i am KOH, is a real estate agent with mortgage banker background. Work in Mortgage department in local commercial bank for 8 years. If ur Salary is RM5000 now, i means is NET, now the Debt Service Ratio for local bank is at 80-85% if ur net income is RM5000 net and above. New Income below RM5000 is 60% of total DSR. It means ur total net income divided by total commitment cannot exceed above percentage. If u wishes to buy a property worth RM470k, i need to calculate ur total commitment first in short so that can roughly know u can afford to buy such property.
