My tenant left the rented condo since 11 mths ago. Our tenancy agreement has expired since year 2 years ago. Bad news is, she left some personal items behind in the condo. She is 9 mths keeping her staff in my condo without paying rent. She contacted me several times and promised to settled the utilities bill, repair work and rentals by mth of Jun 2021, but never make it. I told her i will remove your things in the condo if you don't settled her debt by Jun 2021. Then she repeat the same promise on the month of Oct 2021. She claims she wanted back all her belongings left in the unit.
Now I left stranded. Could i cleared all her items cause i am losing rental each month if the unit is being occupied by her items and not clear.. Desperately need advise. Please help.
