my unit shower place, the water is leak direct to the lower unit floor, who will be reponsible? is that home associate or me?

Hi Mr. Matthew, if the water leak issues is due to your water pipe or waterproofing at your shower place, you need to repair it, or you need get developer to repair it if still under warranty. Read More
