Myself and my mother both joint and purchase a property. The property was fully paid off by the son, however due to some family misunderstanding the son wanted to sell the property without getting the mother's concern now. Can the property can sell off with only one party's signing concern in s&p?

Answer is no, must agreed by all house owner stated in the SPA.
All vendor must agreed and sign the Sales and Purchase Agreement.
