Nowadays for all the new development, the developer will be offering 100% loan, which means we don't need to fork out 10% down-payment to buy a house. The way the developer do it is to increase the SPA price by 10% in order for you to get a full 100% loan.My question is, by doing so, is there any concern or impact, etc.?
