Original SPA of a new condo development bears two names, A and B. Two years on, B decides to replace his name on the SPA with his brother's name, C. The SPA should now bear the names A and C. How do we go about to achieve this desired end please?

Hi, You should engage with lawyer, probably the same lawyer for 1st SPA if they are still available. And off course, stamp duty fees & legal fees will be imposed for the intended purpose to be achieved. Read More
