Planning to buy an apartment at KL of 1.5 million RM. Have FD worth USD 700,000. I am at 50 years. How much bank loan may I get? What may be the maximum tenure?

Hello Sikder,
I spoke to one banker. Bank loan amount is 50% to 60% of the purchase price. Loan tenure is 15 years. You will need to show proof of income apart from your FD.
