Please advise if I still need to pay commission to the agent every single year until the contract ends? My tenant agreement is for 3 years and I have already agreed to pay the agent 1 month of commission. The agent is still asking us to pay 50% of the rental amount as commission for year 2 & year 3 respectively eventhough the agent doesn't have a role to play until the tenure lapses. Can someone please clarify,tq.
