Greetings from Ohmyhome. Dear Sir/Mdm, you need to prepare a month of advance rental as booking fee and 2 months rental as Security Deposit and half month rental as Utilities deposit. Security and Utilities Deposit will be refunded if condition is kept in good condition and all utilities bills cleared when tenancy end. Read More
