Saya dan isteri telah membuat joint loan untuk membeli rumah kami. Tetapi pada geran tanah hanya tertera nama isteri sebagai pemilik manakala pada cukai taksiran hanya tertera nama saya. Adakah ini normal atau terdapat kesilapan semasa pendaftaran?

This case you need to refer to the SPA, not the joint loan agreement. Name on Cukai Taksiran & Geran Tanah should be the same, it's good that you can refer to your lawyer on this matter. Read More
