If buy a house under HOC, what would be the first step after signing the SPA from both sides? Is it have the SPA, Facility Agreement and Deed of Assignment stamped at LHDNM?
What's next after getting those 3 agreements stamped at LHDNM? Send to REHDA to apply for Certification of Stamp Duty Waiver?
After getting the waiver certificate, it comes to the Land Office where the title will be issued?
