Another question on same topic, The base year of RPGT is 2013, right? Where can i find out how much roughly my property is valued at please so I know my RPGT amount with the selling price?

Any property sold in the sixth year and thereafter will be subjected to 10% as a Foreigner.
As for the property value, you will need to get a valuer to help out or you can send me the details and I will assist to pass on to the valuer to get the property value for you.
