The properties in Saujana Apartments, Damansara Damai do not have individual strata titles - this property have been occupied for some years now - is there a problem ? Why strata title take so long ? If I buy an apartment there will there be legal and also bank loan problems ?

It subject to the developer and the situation.You have have a higher chances to face problems with loan and owner transfer,so dont happy after you had already drop deposit on us. Read More

can get strata from developer via management off.if no strata-property will take more time to transfer Read More
