There is new property launch in setia alam - setia taipan call D’Sini by Golden Land. I am looking for the 990square feet unit with RM492k after 10% rebate as downpayment from SPA price. May i know is it a good deal for investment? There are 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. I plan to occupy one of the room as i am working nearby and rent out the others. based on guru opinion is it a good deal?
