There was a loud cracking sound, and the tiles on the floor of my condo (between outside gate and front door) started bursting upwards. Just a couple of days earlier, there was also a loud cracking sound from a wall inside my unit. No tiles burst out, but it separated from the wall (visible gap). Is there any action I can take, via developer, management or anything? Or am I solely responsible for repairs? Thanks.

It is best to highlight it to the developer if it is still under defects warranty and the property management JMB or MC so that they can have the technical team to check whether the walls crack are structural or not for the safety of all residents there.
