As a foreigner, you can definitely own a property in Malaysia as long as it’s priced at a minimum value of one million MYR, the procedure and process will be the as Malaysian, the ONLY difference is the solicitor will apply the "foreigner state consent" for you after signing Sales & Purchase Agreement.
