To be safe when I apply loan, my property will need to join name with someone. My parents both are retired. And a colleague / friend of mine is offering herself to join name with me to buy a property. However, she is a bumi. Is it advisable to join name with her? If I join name with her, how can I remove her name from my property later on? And is there anything will happen after remove her name from my property?

If join name with non family member i think not all bank accept that and then you might not get 90%. bcz some bank quite particular. As for join name with malay, im not sure if you can get the bumi discount. May be youbshould consult your lawyer n banker Read More
