Wanted advise on Home refinancing, I already sign Letter offer with bank on February 2015.. Due to my title not ready since 2012. And developer only submitted all the document with land officer in December 2014. Which this already used up 6 months. And new appointed lawyer from the bank submitted title again and this use up 6 months as well and already get the letter of consent and the lawyer already send to the bank for reimbursement in Feb 2016. And now my problem started. Bank say that my file is closed while lawyer says already send letter for extention and now waiting bank to proceed only. Now they cannot do anything as all the document already submit to bank. I have been waiting till now and bank nor the lawyer is not helpful on this. I already pay for the MOT charges RM 13k.... What should i do now? I cannot keep waiting
