We are an Expat family living in Singapore with an annual income of 78 K. We are interested to buy a condo in Johor for living in.
Please advise on below.
1) What is the maximum amount we can get lon amount?
2) How much do i need to have cash to buy a Condo of around 700000 Rinngit.
3) Is there any project in Johor which is very near to Singapore and provide shuttle service to Singapore daily as we want to travel daily for our work.
4) Is it safe to stay in Johor for a family.
