We have a 3.4 Acres of Land APPROVED for a MIXED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT by the Kota Kinabalu Local Authorities. Due to various reasons we are unable to proceed with the Project. We wish to either sell the Project Off or do a Joint Venture with a good developer.
