Foreigners eligibility below:-
Kuala Lumpur - both strata condominiums and landed houses.
- above RM1 million value
- Effective Jan 2020, developer's completed and unsold
units above RM600,000 value
(not secondary market or new launches)
Selangor - Only strata condominiums and stratified houses
- mainly above RM2 million depending on the zones
