what difference if i have a condo with commercial land title and one with residential title.

hi,
under commercial title the electric and water will expensive than residential title. When u sell it out, the new purchaser loan for commercial title is maximum 70-80%, residential 1st or 2nd house is 90%. Sometimes also need depend on the project.
