The practice of licensed real estate agents are under the purview of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents (www.lppeh.gov.my)
The licensed real estate agent is responsible for their negotiators that they hired.
The Seller is not governed by this Board and any wrongdoing by Seller is a civil matter.

    Thanks for your reply. Ya, I did report to LPPEH on Sept'11. They sent out letter asking for the explanation from agent side, but fail. In which, they said there will issue out 2nd reminder to them. If not reply from them again, what can i do to protect my right? Meanwhile, what can i do against seller? refer to civil court, as a court case?
