What is the calculation for "referral fee's "? i havea person who helped me rent out my unit but is not a REal estate negotiater and will not bother herself with the tenancy agreements etc. How do i calculate the referral fee's to her ? Thank you

hi, For real estate negotiator, the fee is 1 month of rental. Tenancy agreement is not an obligation but normally a real estate negotiator will help to prepare if needed. In your case, I think it is best to discuss with your "broker" to come out with a fee mutually agreed with. Read More
