For Kuala Lumpur it's still RM1 million as the RM600K new threshold is not implemented yet and it's only for the developer's completed and unsold units only. However, those unsold units are mostly sohos and bigger/pricier units.
For Johor Bahru it's RM600K but for strata condominiums only.
