What’s the minimum ceiling height for a condo?
I’ve recently bought a condo, and the floor of my unit is in transition floor to another layout type. Because of this, there are uneven slab and beam in my unit, that only found out during VP. To cover the uneven slab or change in piping shape, the architecture actually built a box with 1.8ft height x 2ft width in living room, leaving only 8.2ft height from floor to the box. My bedrooms are also built in plaster ceiling leaving only 9ft from ground to plaster ceiling, and they have provided the fan hook. Can I actually file a design flaw and request developer to remove/modify the plaster ceiling / box?
