What should I do if my property agent refuse to handover my tenancy agreement? It's been 7 months since I move in, but he keep avoiding and did not reply when I requested the agreement.

Hello,
I suggest you can call to the agent's agency to ask for it. It's shouldn't be waiting for so long. May have some other issue behind.
Find out what is the issue / problem. Tenancy Agreement is very important document.
Don't delay to find out the reason.
