When I sell my house, the balance 90% of the sale price is paid directly to me or to my solicitor before I handover the keys.

Hi, Usually the solicitor will act as a stakeholder of the balance 90% of balance purchase price while doing the MOT until everything is settle you may handover the key for the time being for purchase final check before the transfer is done. tq Benedict benedictyap82@gmail.com 012-7778777 Read More
