Where now I am a recent Singapore PR, I planned to purchase a Malaysia property with bank loan for the 1st time. Later years, when I have my citizenship, do I loose the 1st home buyer previlages as a Singaporen? If any. What should I do with the Malaysian property?

Hi, when u renounce your malaysia citizenship, the property is still belong to you. (Do not need to sell it off) Just that when come to RPGT you will be charging based on foreigner rate.
