and we can discuss further. Auction u need to hav the 10% ready at the point of auction and there wil b other eyeing the same property as well u might not get the price u want. U need to make sure a lot of thing loke check the tittle n everything. New flat u may b paying lesser downpayment bcz of developer package is attractive
