Why all selling agent just have to note that they have buyer but when we ask to sell the house they re advertise. Just wait and see.. Everyone can do the job. Before they can sell the house they only interested with how much commission they will get. Almost one year my house is still not sell. There is no professional agent.

Dear Sir/Miss, agree with Ms.Bella. Normally the buyer said interested that area or condo may not interested after they really view it. Maybe is the price or other issue. Beside that, As u know our agent commission is claim upon the SnP done. Before that all the expense such as petrol, advertisement fees all should bear by the agent. Maybe you can appoint more agent to help u sell the house :) Read More
