Why is this happen?
There is a buyer that introduce by my team leader as she asked me to cobroke with other agent for this sale.
After I have closed the sales and my team leader said this sales is belong to her since she is the one that Introduce buyer to me to closed this sales and she demand half of the nett commission that I received and she even update in our sales system and said that this sales is closed by her.
May I know is this counted as she closed the sales or just a referral case since she only introduce buyer and ask me to cobroke with other agent. And I really work so hard to closed this deal for 2 months plus and she not even doing anything for it.
