Why - this is a supplementary question to my earlier question of half an hour ago about renters/ tenants being asked to pay agents professional fees, when their mandate has been solely from the owner, to rent out said property with owner approval.

Is such practice, if allowed, sanctioned by the The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers under the purview of the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia
