Will I definitely be able to get bank loan for property with leasehold around 45 years left? What kind of consideration will the bank have? I currently have a relatively healthy credit score & DSR, and am interested in an auction property but I worry I will lose the deposit if I cannot get bank loan due to the short lease remaining.
