Would like to check bank loan approval rate? i don't have any bank account in malaysia due to working in singapore. Salary income about 4k is it easy to get loan for a 400k property if me and my brother both are 4k income. will hear from your feedback and guide thank.

If u have a working permit and contract in singapore, and your salary after deduct your commitment, ie credit card, car loan... etc. One third of the remaining need to be able to cover the installment. In short, if you and brother do not have much commitment, then it should be quite easy to get a loan. Read More

i'm working as a bartender and my brother is in fashion retail line. We earn around 1.5k SGD We pay for house rent in singapore around 200sgd each per month. Me and my brother is using posb bank account.
