Would like to rent out the ground floor of corner lot at Kota kemuning town centre. The unit is fully tiled, nicely renovated with ceiling to floor glass windows and working air condos. Potential tenant saved at least rm 100k renovation cost. Want to rent for rm7k per month. Tenant leaving mid of this month.
