Hi AD,

In terms of convenience, residents can get whatever they need from nearby amenities as there are plenty of malls, eateries, convenience stores, banks and more, in Sri Hartamas / Mont'Kiara. For students without cars, they'd need to get around via e-hailing rides / taxis.

Arte itself is unique, and some would call it fancy. In terms of landscaping, a lot of effort has gone into creating an ambience that is between a cosy club environment, and that of a residential.

For rental duration, you'd need to check with real estate agents / owners, as most might prefer longer rental duration. We don't know where other exchange students reside, but most students would live close to the college or university they're attending.

If you need more info on Arte, you may refer to our review here: https://www.propertyguru.com.my/new-property-launch/reviews/arte-mont-kiara-kuala-lumpur-116141

Hope this helps.
