SELANGOR, 29 SEPTEMBER 2026 – Coalfields Retail Park marks a major milestone within KLK Land Sdn Bhd’s (KLK Land) broader 6,000-acre master plan. Developed by KLK Land, the property development arm of Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (KLK), the lifestyle retail hub serves the 1,000-acre township, which holds an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM5.5 billion.
Coalfields Retail Park does not just elevate daily living, it also unlocks commercial and investment opportunities for the township. Following the positive response from communities across the Greater North Klang Valley during the opening week from September 10 to 16 which welcomed over 390,000 visitors, KLK Land remains confident that the target of 5 million annual visitors is within reach.
