The agreement was signed between Dato’ Sri Dr. Vincent Tiew, Executive Director representing KL Wellness City Hospitality Sdn Bhd, and Mr. Gyn Voong, representing Bridgmen Group’s subsidiary, Collective Ananda Sdn Bhd.
As KLWC’s first hospitality management appointment, this strategic partnership reflects the township’s vision to cater to over 30% of international healthcare travellers arriving in Malaysia each year, offering premium short-stay accommodation options thoughtfully designed for recovery, rest, and rejuvenation. The Wellness Suites at The Nobel Healthcare Park feature fully furnished, ready-to-move-in residences with studio units starting from RM366,000 onwards and Commercial Suites featuring 2- to 3-bedroom residences priced from RM432,000 onwards.
