A knowledge hub is already constructed for the residents of D’Art 18 Collection @ Taman Tropika to mingle around. There are meeting and reading spaces with books inside the knowledge hub. Residents can relax and meet with their neighbours here in a comfortable environment. For future construction,parks, basketball court and badminton court will be constructed for the residents to use for their leisure and social purpose.
