Simfoni 1 is a leasehold condominium project situated in Semenyih, Selangor. This development was completed in 2016 by SSH Group, an experienced developer with a tally of 2000 units of residential and commercial properties developed and sold in Kajang. Simfoni 1 consists of 21 floors encompassing 336 units. The first floor consists of retail outlets, providing the residences with their daily needs without needing to travel far. 2 levels of covered parking lots are available for tenants and visitors. Simfoni 1 has 7 layouts to choose from, Type A (100.47 m sq), Type B (102.64 m sq), Type C1 (98.80 m sq), Type C2 (103.74 m sq), Type D (101.62 m sq), Type E1 (73.11 m sq), and Type E2 (74.96 m sq), furnished with 1 to 3 bedrooms and 1 to 2 bathrooms each. Each unit is also allocated 1 to 2 parking lots. Simfoni 1 had a launch price starting from RM320 per sq ft. Its current value is in a range of RM339,000 to RM400,000 or RM317 per sq ft to RM373 per sq ft. SSH Group has other noteworthy projects in their portfolio such as Symphony Residence @ Semenyih and the 3rd phase of Taman Berlian.
