The Greenfield Residence is a 99-year leasehold residential service residence development project located in the area of Bandar Sunway in Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Greenfield Residence is a new development project that is estimated to complete in 2021. The development project is being developed by CICET Asia Development. CICET Asia Development is a unit of China-based parent Chongqing International Trade Group Co Ltd and they started as a contractor in Malaysia in 1991. They have built properties for well-known developers such as SP Setia Berhad, IOI Properties Bhd and Gamuda Bhd. Tower A will have 242 units, Tower B will have 277 units and Tower C will have 297 units. The selling price ranges from RM430K to RM758K, with RM351 to RM843 per sqft, depending on unit size. The selling price for the units in Tower A started at RM398K and for the units of Tower B, it started at RM420K. Tower C has yet to be launched and the starting price will be 5% to 10% higher upon launching. The completion date for all three blocks is set to be at early 2021. Other nearby development projects include Casa Tropicana, Riana Green Condominium, Pelangi Damansara, Empire Damansara and Neo Damansara.
